Большое здание с небольшой парковкой. Много сотрудников все вежливые и опрятные. Но толку от них 0. Ко мне за час подошло 4 сотрудника. С одними и теми же вопросами. Один отправляет на 2. 2й на 3го итд.

Я мягко говоря-удивлён. Вопрос обмена валюты- два раза приезжал поменять рубли на доллары, их ( долларов) нет. Оба раза предлагают приехать завтра. Специально ехал в это отделение, тк вроде центральный офис и я предполагал , что проблем не будет.

Возможно мне очень везло, но в данном отделении всегда меня обслужили быстро и вежливо.Специалисты квалифицированные, грамотные, без проблем консультируют по всем вопросам: платежи, операции с картой, счетом, переводы. Консультанты помогают в работе с терминалом, а в нем не всегда легко разобраться и их помощь тут в самый раз. Система электронной очереди очень хороша, теперь не надо трястись над своим местом в очереди, а спокойно сидеть и ждать пока вызовут. Качество услуг в банке постоянно растет и сейчас уже на очень хорошем уровне, поэтому рекомендую отделение, как сам банк.

Самое большое отделение Сбербанка в нашем городе. Здесь решается большое количество вопросов. По этому всегда большие очереди. Получала здесь карту на стипендию. Не знаю уж по чьей вине, но ждала ее три месяца и приезжать приходилось не однократно, стоять очереди, а в итоге слышать "не готова". А один раз сотрудник банка отправила меня в какой то кабинет, не понятно куда, где вход, как оказалось только для сотрудников по пропускам. Как в должна была понять, не понятно. Повезло, что отзывчивый мужчина помог пройти все закрытые двери и попасть в нужный кабинет.
