работают сейчас стабильно, но раньше не выдавали деньги которые у меня на счету по требованию или не выдавали проценты ,если нужно было срочно забрать вклад

С терпением ставлю три звёзды. И то это натяжка, что есть надежда на улучшение качества обслуживания. Сотрудница не может услышать и понять что хочет клиент из-за чего потерял нормально времени. Но это лишь меня так обслужила Виктория, фамилию не помню. И то мне придется возвращаться чтобы снова получить решение по данному вопросу. Который хотел решить сегодня. Сбербанк, мне реально обидно за таких сотрудников. Решайте проблемы с качеством обслуживания, дружелюбия и довольства коллектива. Иначе проблем будет намного больше. И то отзывы мало пишут потому что не хотят нервы тратить себе люди.

Сотрудницы не соображают чего от них требуется. Три раза за одной выпиской пришлось ходить. А одна мадам даже сроки не могла нормально сказать. Спросила - когда будет готова? Ответ - ну, может быть, завтра. В других отделениях совсем другое отношение, даже позвонят, если справка готова.
