Терпеливые внимательные сотрудники. А в последние месяцы уходящего 2019 года в этом отделении банка удивили меня приятно своим оперативным появлением в зоне банкоматов на входе и в ту самую минуту, когда я в банкомате здесь уже совершаю операции по карте, вдруг ПОЯВЛЯЮТСЯ из внутренней зоны сотрудники и здороваются лично со мной, называя моё Имя - Отчество! Какая быстрая идентификация и оперативная реакция) Ну, конечно, же не просто так, а с предложением банковским ко мне персонально так обращаются)

Чисто , просторно , вежливые сотрудники , вроде пока придраться не к чему . Хотя 3 года назад впарили 2 страховки мне и мужу , наобещав заоблачные дивиденты и выгоды . Когда дома прочитали условия - ничего из того , что обещала консультант там нет . Хотели на след. день расторгнуть договор , сказали , что первый взнос уже не возвращается . Короче она получила свои бонусы или проценты , не знаю что , а мы оказались обманутыми.

Нужно было оплатить автошколу. Я везучая попала в огромную очередь. У них там что-то по техническим причинам не работало, поэтому на весь банк было только 2 окна. Поэтому этот филиал ассоциируется у меня с долгим обслуживанием.
