Это ближайшее отделение к дому. Мне, возможно, везет, я ни разу не ждала очень долго, максимум минут 20. Но это было очень давно. Услугами окон редко пользуюсь теперь. Банкоматов там 6 (насколько я помню) в круглосуточном режиме и терминал оплаты. Внутри тоже есть терминалы оплаты. Очереди иногда бывают, но не критично длинные, 2-3 человека.

В данном отделении нарушили ст.837 ГК РФ, отказав в выдаче денежных средств со счета по причине, цитирую "потому что деньги лежали на счету менее 3 рабочих дней". Письменного отказа, заверенного управляющим филиала не выдали. Прошу разобраться в ситуации.
