Благодарю за бдительность, хотели перевести деньги человеку за покупку машину, в итоге заблокировали карту, спасибо оператору Димке, который решил что это не я перевожу деньги,а мошенники сколько ему не объяснили что это не мошенники, он все равно не понял и отправил нас в отделение в котором с разблокировкой карты нам никак не помогли( помогала нам Дьяченко( имени не помню) сотрудник так себе, а как какая нибудь бабка миллионы переводит настоящим мошенникам, так там всё в порядке, переводите пожалуйста! Можете благодарить оператора Димку и Дьяченко, я всю семью перевожу на втб😘

Все понравилось, но график здесь указан неверно. На двери указано, что отделение работает с 8-30, по факту так и есть. На замечание 2гис, что неверный график, отписались, что организация не подтвердила информацию.

Ужасное отделение. Уже не первый раз попадается что не работает целый отдел по сопровождению ипотечных кредитов. То на больничном все то в отпуске. И никто не может дать внятного ответа когда они будут работать.

Сбербанк России, Дополнительный Офис № 8619/0054 проводит операции с платежами,выдача,получение наличных,операции с кредитныи и банковскими картами,оплата ЖКХ. В офисе находятся 2 банкомата.Как только приходишь в банк встречает молодой человек который готов помоч в решении каких-либо вопросов. Все сотрудники довольно отзывчивые и приветливые,быстро обслуживают,поэтому редко когда бывает очередь.Часы работы отделения:пн,вт 09:00-19:00; ср 09:00-18:00; чт,пт 09:00-19:00; сб 09:00-18:00
