02.05.2024 г. с талоном № 1 на банковскую операцию по открытию вклада ожидал длительное время своей очереди, которой не существовало - передо мной не было людей на открытие вклада. Когда же соизволили меня пригласить, в нарушение ст.842 ГК РФ и разъяснений Центробанка России №12-4-7/4060 от 24 декабря 2003 г. незаконно, причём в категоричной форме, отказали в открытии вклада на третье лицо. Более 40 лет пользуюсь услугами Сбербанка, не ожидал от его работников такого беззакония.
