Украли деньги 10т рублей в 2013 году в онлайне со старого телефона, хотя услугу мобильный банк отключала лично через специалиста отделения. Написала 2 претензии банку. До сих пор тишина. Уже 7 лет прошло... Деньги не вернули и даже не разобрались.
