На вокзале чтобы снять деньги нужно минимум 15 минут потратить. Из 3 банкоматов работает 1. И это перед новым годом!

Доброго времени суток! Прошу обратить руководство банка внимание на мой отзыв. Стало практически невозможно снять деньги с карты сбербанка. На вокзале убрали четыре точки с банкоматами. Осталась лишь в банке, и из четырёх работают два. Очередь невозможно просто стоять такую. Автобусы по расписанию и я уже третий день не успеваю снять деньги! Плюс к этому третий раз вижу девушку у банкоматов которая просит денег. У вас что охраны нет, почему такое допускаете!? Самый большой банк в стране и такие неудобства для пользователей вашими услугами. Прошу помочь в решении данного вопроса. Спасибо
