Пришло сообщение о том что карта готова. Пришел отказали в выдачи так как у них она по чему то не проходит. Заказал ещё раз и снова пришел в это отделение и работники данного отделения вообще не нашли карту. Как так может быть ума не приложу. Вопрос к руководству, Как происходит подбор сотрудников? Работать не хотят да ещё и хамят... Если есть возможность производите операции в других отделениях. Экономия времени и нервов

Не самое приятное ощущение от посещения именно этого отделения банка. открывала здесь счет. Тут все было идеально, открыли, объяснили, чуть ли не песню спели. вообщем радость. проблема встала, когда я попыталась его закрыть... Вот это было мучительно и страшно. очереди еще в этот момент были гигантские, меня отсылали из одного окна в другое. Вообщем ужас. Не знаю что за наваждение было. в конечном итоге, закрыли мне его только через месяц , что само по себе не очень приятно.Но , я видимо, попала в тот момент, когда они обновляли базу, с этим и связанны все проблемы.

это отделение банка все таки не самое худшее, в сети Сберов, но и не лучшее...я редко хожу в Сбер и для меня сложна терминальная система - когда нужно выбрать талончик к какому специалисту тебе надо - я всегда путаюсь. помочь ,естественно, некому. в итоге берешь наугад, а потом выслушиваешь, что стояла не в свое окно...ладно я, а огромное количество бабушек, которые таскаются в этот банк, им вообще не понятна эта система - неужели сложно поставить консультанта, что б он помогал людям....в итоге, кроме этого еще и сидела в длиннющей очереди...а это было утро буднего дня - откуда столько людей там - непонятно...
