Постоянно большие очереди. В последний раз был закрыт проезд на коляске...мало того, что он оооочень крутой, что можно подскользнуться и вместе с коляской навернуться...(а в коляске ребенок грудной), еще и закрыли, так вообще теперь туда не пробраться, пришлось ехать до другого филиала

У меня осталось двоякое впечатление от посещения данного отделения. Являюсь созаёмщиком по ипотеке и ежемесячно приезжаю пишу заявление на ЧДГ. Обратившись 29/02/20, вызвали в 3 окно, оператор на мою операцию стала уточнять у соседнего окна могу ли я совершить операцию, вторая тоже сидит плечами пожимает, в общем пришли к выводу, что не могу, не объяснив почему, не предложив пути решения. Звоню на горячую линию, где мне говорят, что могу осуществить либо через полную версию приложения либо в офисе. Возвращаюсь в офис, захожу в полную версию Сбербанк. Онлайн мужа, начинаю выполнять операцию сумма выставляется автоматически больше, чем комфортная мне. Обращаюсь к администраторам, девушка отправила меня к молодому человеку в 3 окно и о, Господи, спасибо ему, что он помог решить проблему, объяснил в чём было дело и предложил пути решения.
