Подошел к работнику зала попросил помочь с информацией о внесении наличных на карту мне ответили звоните на горячую линию, а тогда зачем он там присутствует для чего зарплату получает тупо присутствует???

Ужасный офис. Нужна была услуга "обмен валюты", пришла, взяла талон в кассу. Сначала минут 15 ждала кассира, уже при мне из двух окон перевели талоны на кассу, при чем пришли эти люди позже меня, в процессе моего ожидания. Потом сначала вызвали их, я сидела ждала. По итогу когда очередь всё-таки дошла до меня, оказалось, что долларов в кассе нет. Ладно бы нужна была какая-то крупная сумма, но нет, даже несчастных 100 долларов обменять в этом филиале-это проблема глобальных масштабов, их там нет по-моему никогда. В общем, минут 40 потерянного времени попросту в пустую.

Здравствуйте, очень неприятно за отношение сотрудников. Сегодня 20.02.2020 была в этом отделении примерно в 14.00, на Титова, 17, вынуждена была взять с собой ребёнка 5 месяцев, нужно было получить готовую карту, операция, не занимающая много времени. Прождала в очереди 45 мин. Подходила к сотруднику, находящемуся для помощи, в зале, попросила помочь, на что получила ответ, ждите очередь. Окна, которые должны обслуживать подобные операции, в это время заняты выдачей кредитов, скорее всего. Почему не оставляют дополнительно окна для совершения более быстрых операций? Почему не входят в положение посетителей банка, ну не каждый день приходят с 5 месячным и детьми, можно и помочь!!! Была бы возможность оставила бы ребёнка дома.
