Ужасный офис. Нужна была услуга "обмен валюты", пришла, взяла талон в кассу. Сначала минут 15 ждала кассира, уже при мне из двух окон перевели талоны на кассу, при чем пришли эти люди позже меня, в процессе моего ожидания. Потом сначала вызвали их, я сидела ждала. По итогу когда очередь всё-таки дошла до меня, оказалось, что долларов в кассе нет. Ладно бы нужна была какая-то крупная сумма, но нет, даже несчастных 100 долларов обменять в этом филиале-это проблема глобальных масштабов, их там нет по-моему никогда. В общем, минут 40 потерянного времени попросту в пустую.

Не понимаю гневные отзывы про это отделение. Приведу несколько примеров: 1. Банкомат завис и съел карту, а мне прям на месте её и достали. 2. Нужно было снять крупную сумму в кассе, но нужно было несколько дней ждать, а у меня их не было. Сотрудники вошли в моё положение и выдали деньги раньше. 3. Несколько раз карту получала и все без происшествий. 4. Помогали оплачивать коммуналку через банкомат. Нормальные там люди работают, как и везде. У них нет намерений испортить кому-то день и им не за это платят. А то, что квалификации не хватает, так это текучка в банках из-за адских условий работы. Я бы точно не смогла весь день улыбаться вечно чем-то недовольным людям. Мы же не приходим в банк сказать слова благодарности, а идём туда либо с проблемой, либо с претензией. Будьте спокойнее и вежливо общайтесь с сотрудниками. Они тогда уж точно сделаю все от них зависящее, чтобы помочь. Спасибо за внимание! )
