Здравствуйте! Сегодня мы с сестрой второй раз, за короткий период времени, обращаемся в этот банк. И второй раз нас обслуживает в 9 окне , девушка Кристина.Более терпеливого и доброжелательного человека, я ни в одном банке не видела. С улыбкой , внимательно выслушивает, что спросишь, всё объясняет понятно. Работу свою выполняет качественно. Огромное спасибо этой девушке, за такое отношение к нам, пожилым клиентам.Всем рекомендую пользоваться именно этим офисом Сбербанка.

Здравствуйте, я обратилась 18.03.19в отделение Сбербанка , для того, чтобы снять со своего счета деньги по временному удостоверению личности форма 2п. После 30 минут ожидания, подошла моя очередь и девушка сказала, что она закажет мне нужную сумму, хотя сумма не превышает 10000 рублей, и что в течение дня мне позвонят, я смогу прийти и забрать свои деньги, но кроме этого документа я должна предоставить ещё какой-то документ. Никто не позвонил, более того, по '' горячей линии '' мне сказали, что деньги мне должны выдать сразу, чего не произошло и без дополнительных документов удостоверяющих личность.
