То ли мне везет просто , но я здесь все свои вопросы решаю.да немного приходится ждать, но девочки стараются помочь, если одна не может решить - приглашают других.Единственное меня что раздражает - так это долгие переводы денег из других банков.Внутри своего банка - это происходит моментально. кроме кредитных карт, тут опять до 24 часов.А однажды перевел со своей карты 1,5 тр на свой телефон абонплату, так арестовали на сутки . Правда после звонка и разъяснений на следующий день разблокировали.

Это просто ужас,сотрудники Сбербанка ничего не знают. Ходили пол дня из одного окошка в другое с вопросом про банковскую ячейку. Никто не мог ответить нам. Руководство не следит за своими сотрудниками
