отделение № 9042 , 17 01 2019 года вносила на баланс карты "МИР" купюру 5 тысяч рублей , в зале сидели операторы за кассами и 1 представитель банка, который занимался с клиентом . Я внесла купюру в терминал и при следующей операции я растерялась и не знала куда нажать на "ДА" или "НЕТ"- я подошла к занимающейся с клиентом представителю, чтобы она мне помогла . но она отказала и я в растерянности по ошибке нажала на " НЕТ" и операция естественно не была закончена и терминал выдал мне карту, а купюра осталась в терминале. Когда девушка, занимающаяся проблемами открыла в интернете - все операции были зафиксированы и что было внесена эта сумма и обратно она не выдавалась терминалом , но банк мне отказал перечислить эту сумму на мою карту, объясняя это тем, что купюра была возвращена терминалом и по материалам видеонаблюдения не удалось установить детали проведенной операции и по итогам выгрузки терминала излишки денежных средств не обнаружено. Стыдно за наш банк РФ , отбирает у самых не не защищенных пожилых (мне 77 лет) пенсионеров отбирать с нищих пенсий последние копейки ПОЗОР для такого крупного банка!
