Здравствуйте. Моя сестра потеряла именную молодёжную карту, я отправила её в банк за оформлением МОМЕНТАЛЬНОЙ карты. Сотрудники банка в оформлении нужного продукта ребёнку отказали, аргументировав это тем, что якобы оформление неименной карты невозможно без наличия именной. Интересно, с какого это перепуга? Мне не жалко отдать 150 рублей за обслуживание карты, но зачем это делать, если всеми преимуществами именной карты ребёнок не пользуется? Она не выезжает из региона (поэтому эта комиссия с моменталки за снятие не играет роли), она не снимает больше 100к в месяц, в принципе у неё нет на картах значительных сумм. Я сделала вывод, что в вашем отделении ради плана можно обмануть ребёнка, лишь бы заработать какие-то копейки.
