Терминал в Сбербанке не работал,и никакого объявления на нём не было что он не работал,я вставила карту,и терминал мне её засосал .И я осталась без карты, денег на телефон я не положила.По ВИНЕ БАНКА, КЛИЕНТ ,т.е.я,ПОТЕРЯЛ ВРЕМЯ В ТЕЧЕНИЕ ДВУХ ДНЕЙ.Когда банк по вине клиента теряет время,или вовремя не оплачивается кредит,он берет % с клиента.Почему тогда такое БЕЗОБРАЗНОЕ ОТНОШЕНИЕ банка к КЛИЕНТУ?

раньше у них был дворник свой,убирал территорию,приятно было даже подойти к отделению.теперь территорию никто не убирает,противно даже подойти.заставляют теперь убирать территорию тех дворников,которые убирают дом в котором расположено отделение. не ужели им по штату дворник не положен,или они деньги за ставку дворника прикарманивают?
