Обычное отделение Сбербанка,частенько бывают большие очереди,но персонал приветливый!Плохо,что по субботам теперь не работает!

Работаю специалистом в доме-интернате для пенсионеров и инвалидов. На наши обращения как-то пойти навстречу специалисты отделения не реагируют. В виду тяжелого состояния клиентов, часто приходиться поднимать вместе с коляской по лестнице. Никакого содействия со стороны сотрудников нет. Про то, чтобы хотя бы открыть запасной выход для удобства клиентов разговор вообще не ведется. Ни разу не удалось получить карты по доверенности. Однако в Вологде не возникает никаких вопросов. Про то, что бы обслужить клиента вне офиса вообще не может идти и речи. В нашем учреждении проживает больше 300 человек. Мы физически не имеем возможности привести некоторых клиентов, которым необходимо оформлять карты, для получения их пенсии. Для получения карт используем офис в Вологде, что в принципе, нам только облегчает работу. Хотя со стороны, выглядит странно, что работаем в Грязовце, а получаем карты в Вологде. Любые разговоры с представителями отделения Сбербанка ни разу не привели к положительному результату. Регулярно происходят какие-то неожиданные ситуации. То перевыпускают карту, которой клиент не пользуется больше года, то получение карты по доверенности становится непреодолимым испытанием. Если вы клиент и частное лицо, то проблем у Вас не возникнет. Если вы клиент с инвалидностью, то ожидайте трудностей. Или не болейте вообще
