Никогда, ни один сотрудник, не поможет вам зайти,если вы с коляской или инвалид. Сегодня не смогла одновременно выйти из здания и придержать дверь. Застряла об бордюр. Девицы-сотрудницы просто рядом стояли и смотрели. Так же месяц назад поступили молодые люди. Просто стояли у терминалов и смотрели как я выйду.

Приличный банк, обслуживание на уровне. Персонал вежлив да ещё и умён, это редкость в наше время. Сотрудники входят в положение клиентов. Тогда надо было срочно сделать за пару дней визу-классик, а она у них через Москву делается, сказали договорятся, в Москве можно будет забрать в срок, что и было удобно для нас.

Не большое отделение банка. Вокруг очень много других финансовых учреждений, но банк марку держит. Помещение не большое, сотрудники сидят очень тесно - народу всегда много, очередь, довольно душно. Есть электронная очередь, но она движется неравномерно. Во время ожидания в очереди, видела и слышала, как общаются сотрудники банка - довольно хорошо все разъясняют, всем клиентам и в доступной форме рассказывают обо всех условиях. Обслуживание на хорошем уровне. Если бы еще убрать очереди, можно было бы ставить 5(был опыт общения с сотрудниками других отделений - все было гораздо менее радужно). Тарифные ставки в банке- средние по городу, но при заключении любого договора надо внимательно читать условия, т.к. постоянно пытаются включить дополнительные услуги. Ставлю банку твердую 4.
