Сбербанк работает в пол силы. Но вина это не сотрудников, а центрального офиса, который так странно урезал полномочия сотрудников. 1)снять деньги со сбер книжки нельзя 2)снять деньги с карты в окне оператора нельзя. Что можно? Можно получить карту взамен старой. Спросить что то можно, однако для меня этот офис сбера сводится только к наличию банкомата, который постоянно собирает длинные очереди (в этом районе много пожилых и они часто не могут выполнить простые для молодёжи операции, а помочь некому. Одна надежда если кто-то молодой из очереди поможет. Сотрудника-помощника в этом сбере нет, а те что сидят за классами не могут или не ходят, в общем не помогают. Так что если нужно мобильный банк подключить или не знаете как перевод сделать или любую операцию с банкоматом - сочувствую но вам нужен помощник или другой сбер. А так этот офис работает по графику, есть отдельный банкомат для платежей - ну если вы умеете им пользоваться конечно. Дайте полномочия нормальные этому банку, распределить персонал, загрузка у них все равно никакая по сравнению с банком в центре города,пусть хоть консультант по залу дежурит.
