Ужасный банк, сотрудники не компетентные вообще. Был 12.11.19 на оформление кредита, опять начали навязывать эту страховку, так я и согласился ради одобрения, но вот беда, сотрудница банка начала подозревать что в последствии я от этой страховки откажусь. После этого она позвала старшую смены и та в грубой форме начала на меня наседать насчёт того что "ты либо оформляет со страховкой и больше от нее не отказываешься, либо без нее и тебе естественно откажут и вообще все всем на тебя время тратить". Хотя при оформлении кредита со страховкой есть 2 недели после этого чтобы отказаться от нее. Я пребывал в полном недоумении от происходящего. Страховку оставил. В кредите отказали. С днём рождения Сбербанк. Я отказываюсь от услуг этого банка, перехожу на ВТБ.

Приехал в 18:00, взял, как полагается талон для подачи заявки, сам банк работает до 19:00, сижу жду своего часа, минуты, секунды, продал до 40 минут, так и не вызвали, хотя народу было минимальное количество, после чего подходит помощник ю, спрашивает о том, с какой целью я здесь, после того, как назвал цель своего визита, мне заявили что я поздно пришёл. То есть в 18:00 часов уже неприемное время. Обидно и печально, если честно.
