Нет карты но есть ипотека - езжай в банк, т.к. через домклик невозможно. А едешь в банк - каждый раз бери с собой все документы, т.к. менеджерам сейчас, видите ли, не дают этих данных. И ты тратишь тонну времени на поездку и предоставление информации, которая у них есть уже. Да и ипотечных отделов оставили только три в разных концах города. А, ну ещё невозможно оплатить что-либо картой НЕ Сбера. В общем, банк скатывается все сильнее.

Ужасный банк врут по каникулы у моей мамы кредит в этом ничтожном банке, в связи с коронвирусом вся семья на карантине денег нет, у мамы кредит, 7 раз подавали на каникулы отказали ничтожества , пенсия у мамы 11 200, платить 8 900, мы не виноваты в том что пандемия, ничтожества ничтожества!

Самый ужасный банк, который я когда-либо посещала. Отвратительное впечатление. Постоянно сбивается у них какая-то система, специалисты не грамотные в своем деле. Чтобы решить вопрос, приходится по несколько раз в месяц к ним приходить, потому что не все специалисты якобы могут помочь с решением. В итоге при оформлении ипотеки пришлось ехать с другого города целых 3 раза! ( 04.03, 13.03 и 28.03)! Это при том,что сложности возникали всегда только со стороны банка. Сами же делают ошибки, а потом не знают, как их исправлять и пожимают плечами. Никогда сюда не вернусь и другим не советую.
