29.06. Шинкарева Людмила Егоровна (73 года) (я сын Шинкарев Евгений) обратилась в отделение с желанием снять часть денег со своего вклада (250 000₽) и остальные 227 000₽ положить опять на счёт. Ей было предложена поделиться частью прибыли в новом вкладе(в обязательном порядке с ветеранами!!!!). Она отказалась, решив снять все деньги. Менеджер перенаправила её в 1-е окно, где она стала ждать, когда устала, то обратилась к Понамарёвой Ольге из 1-го окна, когда же её очередь! Та не поднимая глаз ответил " я вызывала"! И дальше в течении 5-ти мин. ( не утрирую) шло бесконечное пререкание где она ссылаясь на заведующию девочку (Никонорова Елена Александрова, выяснилось позже)хихакая и ухмыляясь утверждали на весь зал "я вызывала, а я с матушкой "вы не вызывали"!!! Обслужив несколько клиентов после чего, она 10раз переспросила номер талона, убедившись, что вызова действительно не было, почему то обсуждая это с гр.Никоноровой! Извинений не последовала! Редкостное бестыдство и хамство! Нужно было видеть их ухмылки вместе с так называемой заведующей(в зале клиенты?! Увидев сумму в 447 000₽, она заявила, что таких денег нет(только во вторник... сегодня была суббота)но это мы слышали и от 1-го менеджера, который перезвонив направил нас к Понаморёвой! Кое как переводя и мудря деньги на счета нам выдали наличными 200 000 и 50 000₽ сняли с карты... эта сумма была необходима сегодня! Как так в отделении СБ нет денег(это даже не миллион)... а в чем смысл вашей работы??? Попросил книгу жалоб у гр.Никоноровой, которая стала выяснять зачем, почему и т.д. На мои пояснения, что Книга выдается по первому требованию, выдала, книга (по-моему не пронумерована, так, что нужно проверить листы)! Пока мы ожидали наличных денег, заведующая зачитывала Понаморевой мою жалобу, что вызывала у обоих улыбку и смех (только после этого я взял ФИО этой заведующей)Я был в шоке... это Сбербанк!? ! Давно не сталкивался с такой мерзостью и пакостью в корпоративных организациях(женщине, моей матери 73года!!!
