Всегда очередь и работают не все окна со специалистами. Если бы в час пик работали все окна, то очередей бы не было и люди по по 30-40 минут не сидели бы в ожидании

Переводил тут деньги как то раз. Пришли на карту быстро,хорошие и вежливые сотрудники проконсультируют по любому интересующему вопросу.Минусов для себя не обнаружил, так как наверное не знаток в этих делах.
