В воскресенье, посмотрел на карте единственное отделение работает до 15.00 (не банкоматы). Приехал - закрыто. Обновите время работы, что б людям не тащится через весь город

После закрытия счета юридического лица присвоили себе остаток средств со счета. Пришел в отделение лично, решить вопрос не смогли. Составили заявку. В итоге перезвонили ещё раз и сказали что деньги не вернут.

Один из самых функциональных филиалов городе. Здесь решаем практически любой вопрос. Ведется обслуживаются и физических и юридических лиц. Для особо «тяжёлых случаев» есть сервис - менеджер. К специалистам претензий нет - работают за совесть. Всегда дружелюбно и внимательно относятся к клиенту. В зоне премьер, если Вы VIP-клиент, вам ещё и чашечку кофе предложат. Филиал он-лайн 7 дней в неделю без перерывов (суббота: с 9.00 до 16.30, воскресенье: с 10.00 до 14.00; обслуживание юридических лиц в выходные дни не осуществляется, выходные и у сервис-менеджера). Небольшие очереди наблюдаются только в начале месяца, в период оплаты коммунальных услуг. Помещение филиала просторное, работают кондиционеры. Комфортно, уютно, чисто. Плюсы: Профессионализм; Дружелюбие и внимание к клиенту; Многофункциональность. Да, недавно на втором этаже открылся Центр оказания услуг для бизнеса. Не знаю, в чем суть окна, но судя по названию штука полезная!
