1. Начнем с входа в офис: лестница в офис для людей с ограниченными возможностями сделана "на отвали", есть и ладно (зато пафоса на миллион), чтобы зайти инвалиду в офис, надо обойти вокруг, добравшись до пандуса (который кстати!!! весь качается, вот вот отвалится), ладно пандус, ну хотя бы перила оборудуйте по всему периметру крыльца, люди с тростями, костылями не могут без них зайти, им нужна доп. опора!!!! 2. Консультанты в холле, отказываются помочь пополнить транспортную карту, ссылаясь на то, что все написано на банкомате ...., а если человек плохо видит, вы об этом не подумали? Или просто не может долго стоять, разбираясь в технике платежа? Девочки-консультанты, вопрос к вам, вы начинаете свою карьеру с негатива к людям с инвалидностью, отказывая в помощи? А не задумывались никогда над тем, что сегодня вы фыркаете над такими людьми, а завтра сами по воле судьбы одни из них...?! Не обижайте инвалидов, не помогли Вы, Бог поможет вдвойне им, возложив на обидчика часть креста .... 3. Верните оплату транспортных карт через он лайн кабинет...., и вам меньше очередей, и людям с ОВ проще ....
