Проблема получить деньги с сберкнижки. Похоже СБ. возвращается в зад , в 1991 г. 17 .02. 19 г. предъявил паспорт для получения пенсии с сберкрижки , мне было отказано . Ссылаясь на какие то мифические ОБЫЧАИ банка. Ознакомить с ОБЫЧАЯМИ СБ. так же отказали. Похоже будет как в 1991 г. закроют сберкнижки вместе с деньгами. Начали вводить новые ОБЫЧАИ БАНКА. ???.

Об этом отделении Сбербанка у меня только хорошие впечатления. Не единожды обращалась сюда и всегда отношение консультантов на высшем уровне. Единственный минус - это очереди, но в среднем минут 10-15 нужно подождать и все. В последний раз оформляла зарплатную карточку, мне все показали, оформили и даже в подарок кредитную карточку дали, чему я осталась очень рада. Вообще, считаю, это отделение Сбербанка одним из лучших во всем городе!

Все изменилось в этой компании.Раньше они действительно знали свое дело.А теперь никому не советую с ними связываться.3 недели менеджер тянул время и ничего не делал,как оказалось.Затем вообще стал неуловим.Обращение к начальнику кредитного отдела ни к чему не привело.Как оказалось они больше ничего не могут или не хотят.Руководство недоступно.Очень жаль,хорошая была компания,дважды к ним обращалась и была довольна.Но тех менеджеров давно нет,а те что есть работают отвратительно.
