Отказали в обслуживании, заявив что документом подтверждающим мою личность может являться только паспорт гражданина РФ. То есть законодательство РФ, в котором указан перечень документов подтверждающих личность, написан для всех, за исключением Сбербанка? И это мне утверждает заведующая! Или у вас там государство в государстве, со своими законами? Так же всегда очередь движется очень медленно! Операции распределяются по окошкам по каким то непонятным приоритетам! Если ты пришёл за консультацией по ипотеке, то будешь там сидеть до посинения, даже если тебя интересует минутная информация, и вперёд тебя вызовут даже других, пришедших позже тебя, так как в этих окнах так же выполняются операции и по другим вопросам, потому как твой талон будет указывать именно на «ипотеку», на операцию, которая занимает много времени. Конечно хорошо что всё развивается в соответствии с современными технологиями и идеями, но нужно всем этим умело пользоваться, и делать удобно не только для своего персонала, но и для ваших клиентов. И девочек своих дежурных, которые с милой улыбкой встречают, научите оказывать помощь посетителям, а не отправлять их восвояси, когда они не владеют какой либо информацией.
