Удобное расположение, внимательные сотрудники,но иногда очереди,а самое неприятное,имел ошибку открытия расчетного счета как предприниматель,была выдана банковская карта,открыт счет-эта услуга была бесплатна-шел тогда конец 2018 года.Пришел в банк в начале 2020-го и узнал,что задолжал за бесплатный счёт и карту 3500!???Вопрос -банку :данным счётом воспользовался один раз при открытии счета,для получения субсидии от государства,получил и забыл про счёт и карту-итог должен банку за мифические обслуживания - ни кто не уведомил,ни одного СМС,ни одного звонка,что должен за то,что имел ошибку зайти к ним,потревожил систему,пошевелил работников,которые с трудом и через несколько дней ,при помощи жалоб на горячую линию смогли открыть счет-видимо никто давно уже не открывал счета там,что даже не было компетентного сотрудника,который бы смог это сделать самостоятельно,в итоге счёт был открыт через офис другого города и сотрудника-начальника отдела ,которая только была компетентна и смогла решить проблему открытия простого счета для ИП.
