Пользуюсь услугами этого отделения регулярно. Чистое и удобное лобби. Обычно, время ожидания в очереди не превышает 10 минут.

Самое адекватное отделение, но щас что-то с очередью они наделали, хочешь оплатить, сидишь ждешь минут по 10-15, проходят все кроме тебя, а в остальном ни разу не было проблем

Довелось оплачивать штраф в этом банке.Расположен он на видном месте,мимо не пройдешь,недалеко от остановки.Очень просторный на мой взляд,та как банки попадали в 3 раза меньше этого.Там Электронные очереди,они меня всегда радуют,нет споров и драк)Но когда я пришла было много народу,когда прозвучал мой номер и номер окна подошла к окошку и там на моё удивление обслуживался ещё человек,ещё пять минут я ждала пока обслужат клиента в моей очереди и тогда приступили ко мне,с клиентом подошедшим за мной произошла та же история,он стоял и ждал пока дообслужат меня(((

Сотрудники все квалифицированные, все расскажут и все покажут. Главный минус это огромные очереди. Довелось оформлять банковскую карту на днях, к сожалению мой работодатели работает только с этим филиалом. Пришлось потратить 2 часа своего времени чтобы оформить карту. Работало всего 2 окна по работе с картами и очень много клиентов. Сотрудники старались как могли увеличить скорость обслуживания. Радует наличие диванов на которых можно сидеть ожидая свою очередь.
