Когда-то (очень давно) здесь располагалась старая советская сберкасса. И висел рекламный плакат: "Храните деньги в сберегательной кассе!" Население в большинстве случаев так и поступало. Поэтому бо'льшая часть сбережений у людей в известное время испарилась. Но здесь же оплачивались коммунальные услуги, стояла очередь — живая и, как правило, не спокойная. За древним кассовым аппаратом сидела хмурая, сосредоточенная женщина. Словом, ничего общего с нынешним Сбербанком — аккуратным и вальяжным. Однако и Сбербанк не сразу стал таким, каков он сегодня. Электронная очередь появилась недавно и не всем понравилась. Впрочем, к ней быстро привыкли. Персонал молодой и доброжелательный к клиентам. Всегда можно обратиться к консультантам (обычно их бывает двое). А вот условия обслуживания банковских карт оставляют желать лучшего, даже если идёт речь о пенсионной карте "Мир", — за это взимается 30₽ в месяц ("УРАЛТРАНСБАНК", пока был жив, ничего с пенсионеров не брал). Дозвониться в банк практически нереально. Хотя понять это можно — люди заняты, не до звонков.

Отвратительное отделение этого банка Медленнее их, только улитки или черепахи. Чтобы забрать карту, готовую. Сидела в очереди 2 часа.

Самый ужасный банк! Получил компенсацию, пришел ее получать, а мне её не дают без объяснения причины. В итоге пока не написал письменную претензию, что бы потом обратиться в суд, деньги не отдавали. При чем деньги пришли от гос структуры, а не от левого дяди. Дикая чернуха.
