Ужас! Задержка обслуживания, катастрофически долго! Ждала 40 минут, чтобы снять наличные. Обслуживание никакое. Не советую приходить

Очень слабые сотрудники, чуть нестандартная ситуация, и они становятся некомпетентными, мурыжат по 50 мин, комиссии дополнительные появляются, не советую данное отделение

Филиал ада на земле. Несколько раз нарывалась на откровенное хамство сотрудников. Денежный перевод отправили не туда, и три недели (!) виновная сотрудница банка отсылала меня со словами "еще ничего не сделано". Пока я не написала претензию и не обратилась напрямую к руководителю отделения. Руководитель еще и меня виноватой попыталась сделать, мол, "как вы не понимаете, это вообще была не компетенция виновной сотрудницы". Это мое дело - выяснять, чья это компетенция? Я написала заявление на розыск перевода, уж пусть она будет так любезна передать это заявление тому, в чьей компетенции решить проблему. Сама начальник отделения курила на входе своего предприятия, только недавно перестала. В общем, при возможности, обслуживаюсь в других отделениях. Кому это нормальный банк, сравните с отделением Сбера на Мамина-Сибиряка возле Зоопарка.

Крайне не удобное время работы. Чтобы получить карту пришлось брать полдня без содержания. Работали бы в дежурном режиме хотя бы в субботу 5 часов.
