Очереди по 10 человек, один банкомат на весь сбер банк. Всегда на обеде либо вообще не работают не смотря на график работы.

Режим работы как в савдепе. Что нельзя сделать как везде, чтобы можно было спокойно пользоваться банкоматами. А то вот эта ваша 5и дневка бесит уже, не попадешь🤬

Сегодня заехал оплатить госпошлину в Чкаловский районный суд, специалист по работе с клиентами отказал в данной операции, ссылаясь на то, что нужны реквизиты, но до этого оплачивал в офисе на Мельковской 2Б и на Ленина 38А ни кто из специалистов ни разу не просили реквизиты, т.к. в программе указаны все реквизиты и даже говорили подсказку, если откажут пусть ищут через платежи в бюджет, вкладка суды и нужен только паспорт. Но в этом отделении специалист мне отказал, сидел как попугай и твердил нужны реквизиты, пригласил руководителя и она то же самое твердит. В итоге начался скандал, и когда я сказал "волшебное" слово напишу жалобу у них сразу же появились реквизиты и все оплатили. Вопрос зачем доводить все до скандала и жалоб?! До негатива?! Не компетентность руководителя офиса и рядовых сотрудников на лицо! Надеюсь при очередной планерке, региональный менеджер офиса примет это во внимание и проведет беседу с сотрудниками. И естественно оценка CSI которую они все время проговаривают будет 1! И девиз клиент всегда прав в данном офисе не работает! Негатив полнейший от посещения данного отделения! посетил офис 14.11.2019 время 17:30
