Здравствуйте, направляю жалобу на работу отделения Сбербанка, находящегося по адресу Свердловская обл, г.Верхняя Пышма, ул. Красноармейская, 3. 16.07.2024 года я сопровождала свою маму , 1938 г.р, за получением пенсии. Придя в отделение, взяв талон, перед нами было 2 человека, так же за пенсией, сели в ожидании своей очереди. По неизвестным причинам работало лишь одно окно 6, в котором работала Давыдова Т.А. и там где только должны были выдавать пенсию стали выдавать справки и проходить совершенно другие люди, в зале за час нашего ожидания скопилось порядка 30 человек,другие сотрудники банка, а их было достаточно не предприняли никакие меры для того, чтобы разгрузить работу, не открыли дополнительные окна, а лишь раздавали советы по написанию доверенности на получение пенсии раз в очереди люди преклонного возраста чувствуют себя плохо и немощны!!!! В очереди просидели больше часа

Низкие ставки по депозитам компенсируются надёжностью банка. Банкомат в зале принимает только по одной купюре, банкомат на улице - сразу пачку.

Люди, прежде чем платить спросите про комиссию. Сегодня платили за обучение. Сын не сказали про комисмию 3 %. Хотя онлайн сбербанк, всего 1%. Вот так делают доходы банку с бедных студентов.
