Персонал вежливый, но сам по себе госубанк - те ещё монополизды. Карточку восстановить только в том филиале, где оформлял. Раньше с ген.доверенностью в одном оригинал спрашивают, в другом - нет. Блокировки средств и списания по первому свистку судебных приставал (ходи потом доказывай, что не верблюд)

Нормальный операционный офис банка, электронно-талонная система, поэтому очередь движется справедливо. Банкоматы работают круглосуточно. Полноценная парковка у банка отсутствует, есть лишь несколько парковочных мест вдоль дороги (ладно хоть знак "Остановка запрещена" не повесили, т.к. припаркованные и отъезжающие автомобили, создают неудобство на центральной дорожной артерии города).

Постоянно захожу. Удобно что работают в субботу. Очереди чаще большие. Операторы бывают ошибаются.

При получении карты моментум ( бесплатной в обслуживании) сотрудником банка Фадеевой Софьи Андреевны была навязана кредитная карта +договор. Данный сотрудник обосновал это тем, что данная карта выпускается ТОЛЬКО с кредитной, тем самым навязав ее. На горячей линии Сбера сказали что ниодна карта ( в т.ч. моментум) не выпускается с кредитными. Люди будьте внимательны. Звоните сразу и предъявляйте это сотрудникам. Они получают премии за то, что обманным путем заставляют брать кредитные карты, а потом банки не выдают кредит ссылаясь на то, что у Вас есть уже кредитная карта в Сбере

Один из лучших филиалов сбербанка. Электронная очередь, обслуживают быстро, вежливо, с улыбкой. В зале есть диванчик, столик для детей, прохладно. Много банкоматов, пять из них в фойе работают круглосуточно.
