Пришла забрать уже готовую карту, народу не было, просидела в очереди 40 минут, мне ипотеку быстрее оформляли!!! Не мои проблемы, что в этом отделении не хватает персонала, значит выдавайте в других отделениях или персонал пусть быстрее работает. Настроение испорчено, больше нет желания идти в это отделение(
