Персонал из 2 человек, Но девушки очень вежливые и помогут при возможности, это единственный банк где персонал классный я ими довольна, очень часто виснет банкомат что на улице это конечно раздрожает. Конечно есть минусы как и в каждом банке но и в банках люди работают, а сколько людей приходят, это какую выдержку надо что бы быть как они ставлю 100 баллов за их работу с клиентами!!

Отделение хорошее. Специалисты нормальные. Единственный минус. В отличие от других отделений нет актуализатора транспортных карт, а для нашего поселка это важно.

Естественно, любой человек в здравом уме и трезвой памяти для осуществления коммунальных платежей пойдет в тот банк, который находится рядом. Мне это не рядом, а очень рядом. Приятный бонус к шаговой доступности отделения банка - это внимательное, ненавязчивое и хорошо продуманное обслуживание клиентов. Система электронной очереди работает идеально, сотрудники филиала вежливы, терпеливы, быстро обслуживают, разъясняют непонятные моменты (это касается в основном, кредитов). Приятный, стильный интерьер. Охрана. Что нравится: - доступность - вежливость - профессионализм - удачное местоположение - быстрое обслуживание Что не нравится: - добавить бы еще диванчиков для клиентов, в час пик - не всегда хватает.
