В целом, до недавнего времени, моё отношение к этому отделению Сбера было положительным, но с конца прошлого года ив этом году в отделении стали безобразно работать банкоматы: При оплате квитанций ЖКХ можно оплатить только один платёж, на втором перестаёт работать сканер штриш-кода и приходится извлекать карту, для того чтобы оплатить следующий платёж, и так каждый раз. А позавчера из трех банкоматов штрих-код работал только у одного. Это выводит из себя, поскольку на мои жалобы по поводу такой неудовлетворительной работы банкоматов работники отделения проявляли удивительную беспечность и и бестактность по отношению к клиентам: Это не наше дело и нас это не касается?! В других отделениях такой проблеммы не существует – я проверил. Это нормально? По моему это полное безобразие. Если это не будет устранено в ближайшее время, то я с жалобой буду вынужден обратиться напрямую в Головной офис Сбербанка. Удачи Вам в вашем нелёгком деле Дорогие...

Пошла мама положить деньги на вклад. Оформили пожилому человеку сбер онлайн (на кнопочный телефон) и инвест продукт, всё соответственно без её ведома, ей сказали что счёт открыли, причём начальник отделения лично уговаривала мать не брать телефон, если будут звонить с номера 900 чтобы она подтвердила что понимает что оформила. Открыто занимаются мошенничеством! Написали заявление в центральный офис, банк России и Роспотребнадзор, ждём результатов. Держитесь подальше от этого отделения и оградите пожилых родственников от похода в это заведение!!

Приятно, что этот офис работает тогда, когда все остальные закрыты. Правда, соответственно, скапливаются очереди. Но вообще все по делу. Хвала тому человеку, кто придумал электронную очередь. Все сидят и тихо мирно ждут. Прелесть!
