Обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего. Иногда, конечно, попадаются компетентные сотрудники, но чаще всего приходится идти до вышестоящего специалиста, чтобы решить вопросы. Один раз помог звонок на горячую линию при операционисте. Нужная справка сразу, как по волшебству, возникла из-под стола. С парковкой все плохо.

Добрый день! Хочу оставить негатив! Я работаю в будни с 9 и до 20.00, в банк попасть не могу! Мне нужно получить новую карту, тк у старой вышел срок эксплуатации. Карту я могу получить только в отделении на Ватутина 57! В интернете нашла информацию, что по субботам отделение работает. Приехала специально в выходной, из-за города - и оказалась у закрытых дверей. Где и как мне получить мою карту, если в будни я не могу, а по выходным ЦЕНТРАЛЬНОЕ!!! отделение в городе не работает??
