Хотим выразить огромнейшую благодарность Лобановой Альфие, специалисту Сбербанка на Ремезова 124. Очень чуткий, отзывчивый и добрый человечек. Знает свое дело. Сегодня (11.12.2019) был мой второй поход в это отделение Сбербанка. Первый раз была 07.12.2019. окно 5. До обеда. Не записала данные консультанта. Но сложилось впечатление, что она абсолютно не заинтересован в работе с клиентом. Начала задавать мне вопросы, которые обычно знают представители банка, а не клиенты. В итоге отправила выяснять детали у получателя. Вернулась сегодня. На этот раз попала к замечательному специалисту Баязитовой Эльвире. Возникло еще пару вопросов, которые первого консультанта ввели бы в очередной "ступор", но она быстро разобралась и через пару минут необходимая банковская операция была прведена. Эльвира, вы сгладили мое испорченное впечатление от первого визита. Желаю Вам успехов и продвижения по карьерной лестнице.

Обычный филиал сбера. Парковка обычная, очереди приемлемые. Есть павильончик, где наливают свежий кофе.
