Всегда куча народу, места мало. Для пожилых людей стоит пару стульев и все. Касса за стеклом, но не в отдельной кабинке, т.е. опять же рядом стоят люди. Обслуживание медленное.

Сбербанком пользуюсь уже не первый год. Нравится что консультанты всегда помогают по всем возникшим вопросам. Вместе подошли к банкомату, сказали куда нужно ткнуть, что ввести. Очень удобно. Очереди проходят по электронному табло, удобно что не нужно стоять в очередях. Взял билетик и сидишь ждешь пока твой номер не покажется.
