Очень хорошее отделение банка! Внутри все чистенько и аккуратно, стоит много банкоматов для выполнения различных операций, есть места для ожидания своей очереди. Кассы (окна) работают все или практически все. Сколько раз не была, не видела, чтобы было закрыто больше двух окон. Очередь продвигается быстро, не приходится стоять по долгу. Работки милые и вежливые люди, с терпением и пониманием относятся к к своим клиентам. Очень благодарна темноволосой женщине, работающей в зале. Она мне помогла подключить мобильный банк и все четко объяснила как им надо пользоваться, в чем преимущества данной программы и чем отличается платный мобильный банк от бесплатного, плюс еще дала специальную памятку.

Много негатива в сторону этого банка.Начиная от странных электронных очередей,заканчивая самим обслуживанием.В нашем отделении постоянные длинные очереди и хоть существует так называемая электронная очередь она работает как то странно.Тот кто пришел недавно может сделать свои дела уж минут через 5,а другие наоборот в этой очереди могут провести целый час хоть и пришли раньше.По картам все доп услуги у них платные.Интернет банк,смс информирование хотя у многих других это бесплатно.Мало того на данный момент это единственный банк в котором могут просто в один прекрасный момент непонятно куда исчезнуть деньги с карты и если это единичный случай,а не массовый,то не факт что деньги вернут.В общем лучше с этим банком не связываться если есть вариант куда получше.
