всегда безумные очереди ((легче сходить в тот сбербанк, что на задонском у почты. там народу всегда почти не бывает и окошек больше.

Отвратительное обслуживание, обратилась в получении денежных средств по гендоверенности по наследству, сказали ждать 5 дней, пришла узнать почему нет перевода, сотрудница направила письмо в другое отделение для проверки. И сказала ждать аж две недели. Это как понимать? Хоть в суд иди. Вот по этому всё и отказываются от Сбербанка и переходят в другие банки.

Хочу выразить благодарность Альбицкой Ольге, работающей в сбере по ул. Кустанайская дом 6. За её вежливость, внимание,профессионализм и терпение. Пришла с проблемой ( заблокировали карту) Ольга объяснила, помогла устранить эту проблему. Она поступает согласно золотому правилу "во всём поступайте с людьми так, как хотите, чтобы они поступали с вами"
