Грёбаный Сбербанк...удержали с меня 13% НДФЛ по вине сотрудников банка расположенного по адресу Луговая 69,а конкретно Коновалова Дмитрия Сергеевича и девушки оператора - Окно 3,а щас гоняют меня по всему городу,то в налоговую съездийте и возьмите справки,о том что вы не делали возврат средств со своего счёта в размере 13%, то заявление напишите и через почту России нам в Москву отправьте...а если справки по дороге затеряются,то говорит вам придётся снова поехать в налоговую...отлично бл**ь! Щас позвонил в Москву, мне сказали езжайте в отделение и спросите каким способом они отправили ваши справки. Отлично бл**ь! Мне больше делать нех** как ездить по банкам и выяснять эти вопросы. Просто суперское отношение к клиентам бл**ь! При заключении договора обещали ставку 4% годовых, а оказалось 0.01 %. Грабёж в 21 веке...
