Хорошее отделение, приветливый персонал, который выражает искреннее желание помочь. 4 звезды поставил из-за тех, кто не относится к этой категории персонала. В частности не понравились сотрудники, которые выдают потребительский кредит. В остальном всё на хорошем уровне

приходили страховку на ипотеку продлить (т.к год прошел). застраховали, ладно, ОК. НО ничего не сказали, что нужно самим на сайте ДомКлик сканы документов отправлять. Позвонили нам и сказали, когда уже срок выходил и нам б % из-за этого увеличили. так это пол беды. нам застраховали не на ту сумму! где внимательность сотрудников? так теперь я звоню, чтоб узнать, что делать, а они не берут трубку .

ипотечный менеджер Ольга Измайлова, сотрудник просто никакой, при оформлении страховки на ипотеку словом не обмолвилась, что есть возможность застроховаться онлайн- скидка 10%, что есть список аккредитованных страховых компаний- я бы сэкономил порядка 5тыс. .кто будет оформлять ипотеку отказывайтесь от нее сразу, она делает так чтобы люди больше денег оставили в банке, будьте очень внимательны
