Добрый день, у меня не лестный отзыв! Ходили первый раз вдвоём, сюрпризы начались сразу же! Заказали на 4 часа! С 11 утра до 15—00. Сразу об’явили что 200 рублей за хамам, то есть плюс 800 руб. И хамам собственно и не хамам, а просто помоичная с душевыми шлангами, и там же, как они декларируют- в хамаме душ Шарко который не работает! Хорошо проглотили! Купили веник, при чем разнообразие которое на сайте — отсутствует. В «хамаме» на этой каменной скамейке заплесневелые скользкие и непромытые уг лы. Ладно, цена-качество соответствуют. Выясняется, что сверху ещё нужно доплатить 10% за обслуживание. И самы «приятный» сюрприз в конце! Ни на 4 часа, а оказывается на 3!!!!! Уже под дверями ждут! Но деньги взяли за 4, так как мы бегом собирались до 14—30. Из расчета оплатить 4 тысячи, получилось 6300,00. При чем без чека. Вроде бы мелочь. Со всем согласились. 25го заказала на 27-е! И началось! Нужен залог, договорились без. Спасибо большое! Потом оказывается цена другая, потому что нас будет четверо. Уже не 1000 в час а дороже. После того как я сказала что на сайте обсалютно другая информация и «сюрпризы» не оговорены, мой заказ анулировали. Так сорвалось день рождение у подруги. Спасибо вам, ваш сервис оставляет желать лучшего! Милые женщины! Я желаю вам, чтобы вы все таки научились нормально оказывать сервис. А не довольствоваться тем что вам достаётся от пьяных компаний, хотя деньги не пахнут. – показать

Доброго вам дня. Жаль, что вы не представились, и мы не можем обратиться к вам лично. Примите наши искренние извинения за доставленные неудобства. Насколько мы знаем, в итоге стоимость услуг составила 3960 рублей. Что же касается отмены записи, она произошла по техническим причинам. Мы будем искренне рады новой встрече!
