Кассирша хамка. 09.04.2019. Так с клиентами разговаривать считаю не допустимым особенно с с постоянным! И даже попросил бы решить вопрос радикально.

Заказывал стройматериалы из древесины с доставкой. Бруски не просто кривые, а скрученные. Хотя в магазине упаковали так, что при разгрузке и не заметишь. Постоянно какой то брак подкладывают. Магазин не рекомендую и не советую никому.

Здравствуйте, Anatoly S. Спасибо за Ваш отзыв. Мы подробно разобрались в сложившейся ситуации. Приносим Вам свои извинения за доставленные неудобства. При покупке пиломатериалов покупатель сам выбирает товар: брус, балясины, наличники, плинтуса. Все позиции выставлены в торговом зале, и доступны для каждого клиента. В случае оформления доставки, товар упаковывается при покупателе после выбора товара и его оплаты. Действительно бывают случаи поступления искривлённого бруса, поэтому мы всегда предлагаем клиенту выбрать каждую единицу товара лично. Также хотим обратить Ваше внимание на то, что у нас невозможна предварительная оплата товаров группы "Пиломатериалы" (без отбора по качеству). Напишите, пожалуйста, нам на почту im@saturn.net, к каким товарам у Вас есть замечания к качеству и какой номер телефона Вы указывали при оформлении заказа, чтобы мы смогли детально разобраться в проблеме.
