Эта оценка не всего салона, это оценка лишь работы сервисного отдела.. так как 10 ноября была записана на ТО 0, заодно показала небольшую неисправность, на одном из рейлингов бракованая резинка (при первой минусовой температуре она стала короче и выпала из креплений).. мою незначительную неисправность устранили, но.. !!! они с одной стороны видимо ее приклеили, но чтобы по длине хватило, они вытянули ее с другой стороны!!!!.. теперь она отходит с другой стороны! Как так? Почему такое халатное отношение?? Теперь чтобы съездить к ним вновь для устранения их же халатности, нужно записаться.. а у них всё занято.. при этом мне сказали нужно подъехать показать и лишь потом меня запишут)).. это скоолько же нужно раз ездить????? И сделают ли даже такую небольшую неисправность нормально?????

Отвратительное отношение к клиентам. Первый раз с таким сталкиваюсь, хотя проходил обслуживание в салонах Хёндай других городов. Оставил заявку на сайте на техническое обслуживание. Через день перезвонил администратор, попыталась соединить с отделом тех. обслуживания. Не получилось, не берут трубку. Попросила перезвонить... Звоню чуть позже, история повторяется. Ок, взяли номер, обещали что мне перезвонят. Прошло два дня, звонка нет. Звоню опять сам, администратор опять пытается соединить с этим замечательным отделом... Опять что-то пошло не так. Опять обещала, что мне перезвонят. На мое замечание, что мне уже обещали так перезвонить, сказала "Я передам информацию не просто менеджеру, а начальнику ".. Прошло еще два дня. Возникает вопрос, кто-то кроме админа там работает? В ваш салон больше желания приезжать нет, и всем знакомым не буду РЕКОМЕНДОВАТЬ
