Очень обожглась на другом агенстве, Риелтор продала мою квартиру дешевле, убеждая меня в том, что это ее реальная цена и дороже никак не получится, продавала долго, так как подписала со мной договор эксклюзива, не объясняя всех его последствий, параллельно я просила найти мне другою Квартиру, побольше. Риэлтор провела меня по всем бомжатник, неликвидам и прочему залежавшемуся товару, попутно заверяя, что это все, на что я смогу рассчитывать. Потом отчитала меня за то, что я слишком долго ищу себе квартиру (3 недели), а далее и вовсе перестала выходить на связь. Я чуть не осталась без жилья, в панике искала помощи и нашла в «Сапфире». Риэлтор Андрей самый настоящий профессионал, чуткий и внимательный, потратил на меня много своего времени и все же нашёл мне квартиру! при этом показывал совсем другого качества объекты, отличные от той грязи, которой я насмотрелась ранее. Светлана - юрист сопровождала всю сделку, потом по доверенности и вовсе взяла оформление всего на себя, Включая пенсионный фонд, так как мне необходимо было уехать. Настолько четко и слажено сработала команда агенства недвижимости «Сапфир», что я буду их рекомендовать всем. Ребята исправили косяки предыдущего агенства и оставили о себе самое лучшее впечатление. Им можно и нужно доверять, если хотите, лучшего результата.
