Ну я приятно удивлён! Персонал, врачи, медсёстра и скорость получения анализов на высшем уровне! Девушка Дарья на ресепшене ответила на все вопросы, помогла с дальнейшей записью, разъяснила в чем отличия! В общем 5⭐️!

История о том, как я выкинула 2000 рублей на ветер. В конце 2025 года я записалась к хирургу Левину И. О. с жалобами на боль в спине. Он сказал делать рентген, написал в выписке: "рентген позвоночного столба" Так как в данной клинике рентген не делают, я обратилась в другую организацию. Но там сказали, что врач должен был конкретно обозначить отдел позвоночника, которому требуется рентген (у меня разные очаги боли). Я звонила по другим клиникам, везде мне говорили, что нужен конкретный отдел, чего хирург Левин И. О. никак не сказал и не указал в выписке. После этого я звонила администраторам Сантема с просьбой обратиться к данному врачу с данным вопросом. Первый звонок: ноль реакции. Второй звонок: сказали, что врач позвонит в среду с уточнением. В среду был звонок, на который я не смогла ответить по независящим от меня причинам. После этого не было никаких других звонков. Мне звонить в третий раз и в третий раз объяснять ошибку врача и просить его мне позвонить как-то смысла не было. В итоге за приём я отдала 2000 рублей, а мне даже не удосужились перезвонить по моему вопросу, когда я уже два раза звонила по данной проблеме.

Была 2 раза на приеме у Шербаковой И.А. к работе подходит формально, не внимательна к запросам пациента, за все приемы вопрос не решился.
