У меня был оформлен заказ, номер 20212015. Несколько дней он висел в статусе «В наличии», никто из менеджеров со мной так и не связался. Сегодня до магазина я дозвониться не смогла, а только что пришло сообщение с обновлением статуса «Нет в наличии» Вы издеваетесь?! Зачем было несколько дней держать меня в неведении, не выходить на связь и не подтверждать заказ, а потом просто его отменить?! Отвратительный клиентский сервис. Ремонт встал из-за этой заминки. Настоятельно не рекомендую!
